Questions about credit reports and debt collectors do not go out of fashion. People look for answers every month, and many of the answers they find online are vague or out of date. The Credit and Debt Rights PLR Bundle from POPR PLR gives publishers two finished books built on federal sources, with claims mapped to pages a reader can open.
What is in the bundle
The bundle holds two books.
The Credit Report Fix Guide explains how to get a free credit report, how to read it and how to dispute an error with both the credit reporting company and the company that supplied the information. It covers the time limits on negative information and what to watch for when a company offers to repair credit for a fee.
The Debt Collector Rights Guide explains what a debt collector must send, what a collector may not do and what a person can say in writing to protect themselves. It covers validation notices, limits on calls, requests to stop contact, old debts and what to do if a collector sues.
Facts a reader can check
The books are written around rules that anyone can look up.
Free weekly credit reports are now permanent. The Federal Trade Commission says the program was extended twice and is now permanent, and warns that other sites may charge or may be fraudulent sites set up to steal personal information.
Credit reporting companies work under a deadline. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, a credit reporting agency generally must complete its reinvestigation of a dispute before the end of a 30-day period beginning on the date it receives notice of the dispute. The statute is 15 U.S.C. § 1681i.
Debt collectors have a notice duty. Regulation F says a collector must provide validation information within five days of its initial communication with the consumer. The rule is 12 C.F.R. § 1006.34.
Each fact is linked to a source in the books, so a reader or publisher can check the cited material directly.
Who the bundle is for
The bundle suits publishers who serve audiences with money questions. That includes bloggers, financial coaches, community educators, newsletter writers and course creators. A publisher can edit the text, add a name and a voice, and use it as a guide, a lead magnet, a workshop handout or the base for a series of posts. The sources in the back of each book provide a starting point for further articles.
What the bundle is not
The books are educational. They are not legal advice and they are not a credit-repair service. Separate federal rules apply to anyone who offers credit-repair services to consumers; a publisher planning to offer those services should review the rules first.
What a buyer receives
The bundle is $24.99 for both books. Each book comes as a PDF, an editable Word copy and a cover image. The license is perpetual and non-exclusive. The books are also sold singly at $14.99 each.
How the books were checked
The verification records for these two packs report that their listed sources were opened and their claims mapped. A second check confirmed that the supporting passages recorded in those logs appear on the live source pages. The Credit Report Fix Guide has 9 logged sources and 40 claim checks; the Debt Collector Rights Guide has 15 logged sources and 71 claim checks. The checks were recorded on November 4, 2026.
