This book explains how they work, what problem each one solves, and why the combination enables something previous architectures couldn't: stable long-context reasoning at scale without the usual efficiency collapse. It covers Stable LatentMoE, Sparse Mixture of Experts, and the engineering decisions behind million-token context windows that are real and usable rather than just advertised.

Then it delivers something most coverage got wrong: a corrected comparison against the actual current frontier rather than a benchmark table that was already outdated within days of the model's release. Open-weight does not mean small, and this book walks through the real hardware requirements that separate a model being technically available from a model being practically deployable.

Chapter Five is the chapter that separates this book from everything else published on Kimi K3.
