Refund Policy

POPR Books sells digital publications that are made available for download after successful payment.

General Policy

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be physically returned, purchases are generally final after the purchased file has been successfully made available and downloaded.

This policy does not limit any refund or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Failed Delivery

Contact POPR Books when:

• Payment succeeded but no download was provided
• The download link did not work
• The delivered file was corrupted or unreadable
• The wrong book was delivered
• A duplicate charge appears to have occurred

We will review the order and delivery records.

When a genuine delivery problem is confirmed, POPR Books may:

• Restore access
• Provide a replacement file
• Correct the delivered product
• Refund the purchase when the issue cannot reasonably be resolved

Unauthorized or Incorrect Charges

A customer who believes a charge was unauthorized or made in error should contact POPR Books promptly.

Provide:

• The email used at checkout
• The title purchased
• The approximate date of the charge
• The order or Stripe reference, when available

Do not send a complete payment-card number or security code.

Change-of-Mind Requests

POPR Books does not normally issue refunds because a customer:

• Changed their mind
• No longer wants the book
• Failed to read the title or description
• Purchased the book twice using different email addresses
• Lost or deleted a successfully delivered file

We may review unusual circumstances individually, but no exception is guaranteed.

Processing Time

An approved refund is submitted through the original payment method. The time required for the credit to appear is controlled by the payment processor and the customer's financial institution.
