A pitch for a money-making program is a document, even when it arrives as a video. It makes claims, it asks for payment and it promises a result. Like any document, it can be read carefully, and a careful reading often reveals what the seller hopes will go unnoticed.

The book follows the order in which a reader meets a pitch. Chapter 1 explains why income promises work so well on audiences. Chapter 2 defines what counts as an income claim. Chapter 3 summarizes what the Federal Trade Commission requires of anyone who makes one, using a 2026 case as a guide. Chapter 4 explains the Business Opportunity Rule in plain language.

Chapter 5 lists the warning signs that federal agencies describe. Chapter 6 covers testimonials and reviews, including a federal rule that took effect in October 2024. Chapter 7 covers refund guarantees and fine print. Chapter 8 offers four questions to ask any seller and explains how to check references. Chapter 9 shows how to run the arithmetic on a claim, and chapter 10 covers what to do after paying and gives a one-week plan for reviewing any pitch.

Two cautions apply throughout. First, the rules that apply to a seller depend on the details of the offer, and only a lawyer can say whether a specific rule covers a specific seller. Second, this book describes the rules and signs that agencies publish. It does not rank sellers or predict who will deliver.

Pack questions

Frequently asked questions

What is PLR?

Private label rights are license terms that let a buyer edit and use a work within stated limits. The specific license controls what you may and may not do.

What makes POPR PLR different?

Released titles show their source record, verification status, file formats, and license before checkout. Each title has its own scope and research date. This title records its source check date as 2026-11-04. Source information can change, so re-open anything you plan to rely on.

What do I receive?

The product page lists every file included in that title's buyer ZIP. Version 1 packs contain a book PDF, editable Word copy, and cover PNG. Version 2 packs add a README and installation guide. The knowledge graph and citations are inside the book PDF.

Can I edit and rebrand it?

Yes. The license permits customization and publication of your revised work under your brand. Add meaningful original material and check the platform’s current rules before submitting.

What does the license cover?

The license is perpetual and non-exclusive. It allows customization and publication of revised work, but not resale or sharing of the original pack as PLR, MRR, a bundle, or a template.

Is this legal or financial advice?

No. POPR PLR books are educational resources, not legal, financial, medical, or therapy advice. Consult a qualified professional about your situation.
